I enjoy deeply understanding businesses, their drivers and risks.  In the negotiation context I focus on the interests of both sides, finding ways to get deals done quickly while meeting everyone's needs, and continually challenging myself to improve, streamline and standardize the process.

I work with only a few companies at a time.  I add the most value when I'm truly part of the crew, and where the business either wants an in-house legal resource but without a full-time hire, or routinely negotiates with much larger organizations, but cares about getting paid, protecting IP, and mitigating legal liability.
