Experience
I have been working with technology companies since 1993.
After a clerkship with the Israeli Supreme Court, I worked for seven years at Testa, Hurwitz & Thibeault's Business Practice Group primarily representing high-tech and bio-tech companies, both publicly and privately owned, as well as venture funds that invest in such companies, and investment banks underwriting their securities offerings.
In 2001 I started my own practice, serving the day-to-day in-house needs of a small number of exciting companies.
